My Journey

I was guided ever-deeper into spiritual work through my own repetitive spiralling through trauma cycles that kept me disassociated and constantly showed up in my life, no matter where I went or whom I was with.

Whatever lives inside keeps on attracting more of the same — as within, so without.

Born into a loving family to parents from different countries, I was immersed in a multicultural heritage deeply rooted in transgenerational trauma.

I found myself living in a state of deep disempowerment and crippling self-doubt.

In my early 20s, I discovered the medicine of Yoga, which guided me deeper into spirituality and into my body.

Years searching for spiritual connection also led me to travel and live across different countries, as well as work internationally.

This time exploring helped me discover more of who I was, yet it was also a way of distancing myself from my roots and the trauma and grief that lived inside.

I still navigated by sabotaging subconscious patterns of thinking and behaviour.

Living a life that still felt like a shadow of what it could be, eventually brought me to a point where I had to confront all that I had been denying.

In my early to mid-thirties, my life took a sudden turn, plunging me into my own personal underworld.

As is often the case with healing, I went down before I came up.

Following the inner call for truth, I was guided to deepen into soul and spirit.

Going through several years of deep inner work, death, rebirth, and self-discovery has been a transformative journey that continues to evolve.

I was led to different healing modalities and blessed to be connected with incredible teachers.

I was introduced to the practice of shamanism and teachings on the feminine, what felt like coming home. As my path unfolded, I was led deeper into the mysteries of the Feminine and into a profound connection with the realm of feminine magic.

Through years of immersion in astrology, I’ve gained profound insights that have deepened my ability to support and guide others on their own healing journeys.

I lived through many initiations of body, mind, heart, and soul, and I continue to learn and grow.
